Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst - Strategic Procurement in Seattle, WA to develop and manage centralized procurement programs across energy, service and construction teams.

You will drive the GPO and MSA platforms, administer the OpenGov platform and partner with Sales Operations to streamline contracting and supplier relationships. A Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years in architecture/engineering/construction are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–4 years' experience in architecture, engineering, construction or professional services.
• Proven leadership and program/project management experience.
• Advanced business writing and editing skills.
• Knowledge of finance/economics with ability to analyze performance.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Administer multiple Group Purchase Option platforms for Energy & Technical Services, Service, and Construction teams.
• Develop and manage central information hub for GPO; educate teams on positioning and use.
• Coordinate with operations on billing and payments to GPOs.
• Manage OpenGov platform administration; serve as main point of contact.
• Develop and manage Master Service Agreement (MSA) catalog/database; coordinate with Sales Ops and Enablement Teams.
• Coordinate MSAs with business units; respond to internal questions and issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
