Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Construction Project Engineer to join the Offsite Manufacturing team in Seattle, WA. The role supports the Project Manager in coordinating schedules, manpower, materials, and production follow-up to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, 5 years in related fields, and proficiency with ERP, SharePoint, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5 years of experience in production, operations, manufacturing, construction, or project coordination.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work with trades, subcontractors, and vendors to support daily value stream execution.
• Support cross-functional communication between manufacturing operations, supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Track action items, documentation, constraints, and follow-up items needed to keep production work moving forward.
• Help monitor schedules, materials, manpower needs, and production progress against cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Support continuous improvement and process innovation within offsite manufacturing operations.
