Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst – Strategic Procurement to develop and implement a centralized, enterprise-wide approach to GPO and MSA programs, plus administer other procurement platforms.

The role manages GPO platforms, MSA catalog, OpenGov platform, and coordinates with business units; requires leadership and project management experience in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required (related field preferred).
• 3–4 years’ experience in architecture, engineering, construction or professional services.
• Proven leadership and program/project management experience.
• Advanced business writing and editing skills.
• Strong finance/economics knowledge with cost/revenue/margin analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; strong Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer GPO platforms across Energy & Technical Services, Service, and Construction teams.
• Develop and manage central information hub for GPO.
• Educate sales and project teams on GPO positioning.
• Manage central MSA catalog/database; coordinate with Sales Ops and Enablement teams.
• Coordinate and communicate with business units on MSAs and GPO usage.
• Administer OpenGov platform and act as primary POC.
