Qualifications

• Understanding and exposure to supply chain concepts and interest in network design, S&OP, inventory, or physical flow management
• Hands-on experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment, demonstrating leadership in performance improvement & change management
• Clear demonstration of leading operational improvements and managing transformation factors (performance management, mindsets/behaviors)
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
• Proven record of leadership in work settings or extracurricular activities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with all levels of an organization
• Strong communication of complex ideas and willingness to travel up to 80%
