Job summary

LATICRETE International, a global tile and stone installation systems company, seeks a Buyer responsible for procurement, stocking models, and supplier management in a fast-moving supply chain. The role emphasizes cost, quality, and on-time delivery while partnering with Planning, Operations, Finance, and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in procurement or inventory roles, with strong MRP knowledge and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement stocking models considering demand forecasts, lead times, logistics, and supplier capabilities.
• Create and manage purchase orders; track orders and inbound logistics to meet need dates.
• Cultivate supplier relationships and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Operations, Finance, and WMS to align purchasing with production schedules.
