Job summary

LATICRETE International in the United States seeks a proactive Buyer to manage procurement, inventory and supplier relationships within a global leader in tile and stone installation systems. You will translate demand signals into timely purchasing actions and collaborate with Planning, Operations and Finance to meet production needs.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree and 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, with strong MRP knowledge, negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, supply chain, or finance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in procurement, inventory management or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of MRP and data parameters.
• Analytical, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Implement stocking models and review safety stock and lead times.
• Procurement: Create and manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries and costs.
• Supplier Relationship: Maintain reliable supplier performance and ethical sourcing.
• Collaboration: Align purchasing with demand planning, operations, logistics and finance.
• Escalate supplier issues and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
