Job summary

LATICRETE International, a global leader in tile and stone installation systems, is seeking a Buyer to manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships from our Indiana operations. You will translate demand signals into timely purchases, optimize stock levels, and collaborate with Planning, Operations and Finance to meet production schedules.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong MRP and data analysis skills, and excellent negotiation and communication

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in procurement, inventory or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement stocking models and monitor inventory levels.
• Execute MRP actions and manage purchase orders.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and supplier issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Operations and Finance.
• Maintain supplier performance data and coordinate with leadership.
