Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Procurement Buyer to manage inventory, create and track purchase orders, and optimize supplier performance. The role collaborates with planning, operations, and finance to meet demand signals and ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong MRP knowledge, and outstanding analytical and negotiation skills to support cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Proven 3+ years’ experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: maintain stocking levels, review models, and mitigate stockout risk.
• Procurement: create and manage POs, track orders, coordinate inbound logistics.
• Supplier relationships: ensure reliability, quality, and timely deliveries; track performance.
