Job summary

LATICRETE International, a global leader in tile and stone installation systems, is seeking a Buyer to manage procurement, inventory planning, and supplier relationships across the supply chain. You will partner with Planning, Operations, Finance and suppliers to meet cost, quality and delivery targets, while traveling 5–10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in procurement or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems.
• Analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Experience with inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Manage stocking models and procurement processes to meet targets.
• Create and manage purchase orders; track orders and logistics.
• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
