Job summary

LATICRETE International, a global leader in tile and stone installation systems, seeks a Buyer to manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships. You will optimize stocking levels and ensure on-time deliveries across sites, aligning purchasing with demand signals and production schedules.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in business or supply chain and has 3+ years in procurement, with strong MRP knowledge, negotiation skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in business, supply chain, or finance.
• 3+ years of procurement, inventory management, or supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in inventory control techniques and related software.
• Able to work across cross-functional teams with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: stock models based on demand, lead times, and supplier capability.
• Procurement: create manage POs, track orders, and coordinate inbound logistics.
• Supplier Relationship: build reliable supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Collaboration: coordinate with Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance on purchasing.
