Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Buyer/Procurement professional to manage purchasing, inventory, and supplier relations for our global tile and stone installation products. You will translate demand signals into actionable orders, optimize stock levels, and collaborate across Planning, Operations, and Finance to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree and 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong analytical skills, and proven negotiation abilities; travel up to 10% is

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Implement stocking models considering demand, lead times, logistics, and supplier capabilities.
• Procurement: Execute MRP actions, create and manage purchase orders, coordinate inbound logistics.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build strong supplier relationships and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with Demand Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to align purchasing with schedules and cash flow.
