Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Procurement professional to manage purchasing, inventory, and supplier relationships in a fast-paced supply chain environment. You will drive MRP actions, create purchase orders, monitor lead times, and collaborate with planning, operations, and finance to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Applicants should have an Associate’s Degree and 3+ years in procurement or inventory management, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, SCM, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement, inventory management, or supply chain work.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with MRP and inventory data parameters.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: maintain stocking levels, review data, and mitigate stock risks.
• Procurement: execute PO actions, manage orders, and coordinate inbound logistics.
• Supplier Relationship Management: build reliable supplier networks and monitor performance.
• Collaboration: align purchasing with production schedules and cash flow.
