Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Five years of progressively responsible procurement experience.
• Experience conducting formal competitive procurements.
• Experience supervising, training or providing formal work direction to procurement staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and contract management to strengthen procurement function.
• Oversee complex procurement activities, including formal competitive solicitations and high-value transactions.
• Supervise two Buyers and one Buyers Clerk; manage procurement processes within established thresholds.
• Issue purchase orders, administer contracts, and commit University funds per laws and policies.
