• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
• Experience: Five years of procurement experience, including complex/high-value procurements.
• Experience in state/local procurement and higher education is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service with internal and external customers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement strategy and execution for the organization's most complex, high-value or high-risk acquisitions.
• Process purchase orders, change orders, contract modifications, amendments, and lifecycle tracking in Workday or related systems.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and risk allocations with vendors and legal teams.
• Provide guidance on procurement policies and interpret regulations for client departments.
• Lead process improvements or strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, renewals, and dispute resolution.
