Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management, business, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction purchasing or procurement.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement for projects, ensuring material sourcing aligns with schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain a tracking system for all materials, vendors, delivery dates, and costs; report weekly.
• Negotiate vendor pricing and secure favorable terms to enhance profitability.
