Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of experience in procurement and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manages the procurement process as directed by the Purchasing and Materials Services Director, identifying reliable suppliers and negotiating terms.
• Provides routine administrative support related to the Oracle procurement module.
• Maintains the item master in Oracle.
• Participates in the development of system dashboards and reports.
• Participates in special projects within the Purchasing Department.
