Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• PMP Certification, Industrial engineering, Six Sigma and/or Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cross functional, strategic projects delivering value.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, resources and success metrics.
• Apply formal project management practices including planning and risk management.
• Maintain clear documentation and consistent execution standards.
• Identify and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze processes via data collection, time studies and productivity assessments.
• Identify root causes and recommend actionable solutions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Store Ops, Merchandising and other leaders.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to remove constraints and justify investments.
