Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee all stores within the assigned area, delivering full P&L responsibility and aligning with company objectives. You will lead store teams, drive sales growth, ensure excellent customer service, optimize inventory, and implement regional priorities while safeguarding assets.

This role requires travel in a company-provided vehicle; candidates should have retail management experience and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Financial analysis skills sufficient to interpret operating statements and other financial reporting data, manage budgets, and control inventory.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Demonstrates ability to effectively work in collaboration with team to achieve objectives in a participative management style.
