Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail workforce management.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Strong knowledge of labor standards and Fair Workweek regulations.
Experience with WFM software and enterprise financial/HCM systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize workforce management software and labor models; ensure 100% accuracy in labor budgets.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and reporting for labor expenses over $4B annually.
Create and implement labor productivity initiatives to improve expense management and drive adoption.
Develop training to increase system adoption and gather feedback from field leaders.
Oversee store operations planning and P&L reporting; collaborate on enterprise initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with field partners on enterprise-wide projects.
