Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees ensuring proper staffing.

• Ensures store is staffed, opened, and closed on schedule; drives safety and policy compliance.
• Monitors sales trends, expenses, and inventory to meet in-stock targets and reduce shrink.
