Allegra Richmond is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Richmond. You’ll serve as the primary contact for clients, guiding projects from initial conversation through production and delivery.

We value organization, reliability and the ability to talk with customers and prospects. Relevant experience in printing, marketing or direct mail is helpful; strong account management or B2B sales background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in printing/marketing/direct mail or related industry is helpful.
• Background in account management, customer service or B2B sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Respond to new customer inquiries and identify best solutions.
• Manage print, direct mail, signage, promotional and marketing projects from initial request through completion.
• Prepare estimates, coordinate schedules and communicate requirements with production and graphics teams.
• Follow up with customers to keep projects moving and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
• Make sales calls and pursue prospective new customers.
• Arrange meetings with prospects for larger opportunities to understand needs and develop solutions.
• Help resolve problems quickly and professionally; ensure high level of service.
