Qualifications

• Experience with print and POS programs is highly preferred.
• Track record of growing and maintaining accounts and margins.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for clients and build trusted relationships.
• Translate client goals and trends into strategic, brand-aligned solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution from briefs to production and delivery.
• Create and manage timelines, budgets, and resources; mitigate risks.
• Maintain proactive client communication and resolve issues per SLAs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage production schedules and timelines.
• Review samples and outputs for brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance and share insights for optimization.
