Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance.
• Ensure every client has a positive experience.
• Explain benefits of products and services to customers.
• Consult with customers to help decisions; upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Ask probing questions to support internal teams in delivering requested projects.
• Review proofs, manage proofing, and notify customers when jobs are ready.
• Create timely, professional job estimates with accurate pricing.
• Routinely resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Demonstrate mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate projects.
• Maintain current pricing strategies and billing procedures.
