Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a Sales Executive (Managed Print Consultant) to drive new print business in the local market and manage a portfolio of print-only clients. You will serve as the primary representative for assigned accounts, leading regular reviews and coordinating resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes growth within print services and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of copier sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of copier leases, Kyocera and Konica equipment.
• Understanding of lease buyouts, upgrades, and lease returns.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across teams.
• Ability to understand client issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Familiarity with Papercut, Printer Cloud and SMUA software agreements.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive net-new print business in the local market.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients.
• Be the dedicated representative for assigned print clients.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Build strong client relationships and monitor account activity for upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Support Impact’s client retention and growth within print services.
