Job summary

Daikin Applied, a world-leading HVAC company, seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager in Plymouth, MN (Hybrid) to partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations under the Pricing Director. You will identify pricing opportunities, develop strategies, and support new product introductions to drive profitable growth and market competitiveness.

You will build pricing models, analyze price realization and customer economics, and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent.
4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and value-based pricing.
Experience with market dynamics, analyses, and business cases.
Experience with pricing governance, quoting, negotiations, and deal economics.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify pricing opportunities with stakeholders to drive profitable growth.
Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC.
Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics.
Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
Present pricing performance and insights to senior leadership in reviews.
Provide guidance for major commercial opportunities and PARs.
