Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager to partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations. You will drive pricing strategies, build models, and evaluate profitability to support growth and competitiveness.

The role requires 4–6+ years in pricing with strong analytics, Excel mastery, and the ability to influence cross-functionally across a matrixed environment. Hybrid work in Plymouth, MN is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and governance.
• Experience with value-based pricing and financial analysis.
• Proficient with pricing governance, quotes, and contract structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities via market and financial analysis.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and launches with Finance and ISC.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses.
• Present pricing results and recommendations to senior leadership.
