Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager to partner with Sales, Product, Finance and Operations. You will develop pricing strategies, build financial analyses, and advise on price actions to maximize profitability and competitiveness.

You will lead pricing analyses for new product launches, evaluate cost impacts with ISC, and present insights to senior leadership. This hybrid role in Plymouth, MN focuses on governance, analytics, and continuous improvement across pricing functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent.
4-6+ years in pricing, revenue management or related field.
Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and governance.

Responsibilities

Identify pricing opportunities and develop strategies to drive profitable growth.
Lead price analyses for adjustments and new product launches with cross-functional partners.
Analyze price performance, discounts, and customer economics to inform actions.
Develop pricing models and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
Provide guidance for major commercial opportunities and PARs.
Review PARs for alignment with governance and profitability.
Drive pricing process improvements and data integrity.
