Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager to drive pricing strategies that support profitable growth and market competitiveness. You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to evaluate opportunities, support new product launches, and strengthen pricing analytics and governance.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6+ years in pricing or related fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP/SAP/Salesforce/Vendavo/PROS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent
• 4–6+ years in pricing or related field
• Strong pricing strategy knowledge and governance
• Experience with market dynamics and value-based pricing
• Proficiency in pricing governance and deal economics
• Ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis capabilities
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and launches with Finance/ISC
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and analyses for strategic initiatives
• Present pricing performance and insights to senior leadership
• Provide pricing guidance for major commercial opportunities and PARs
• Review and approve PARs ensuring policy alignment
• Drive pricing process improvements and data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance value and competitiveness
