Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager who partners with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations to drive profitable growth through pricing strategies and governance. This role serves as a strategic pricing resource for assigned business units, using market trends and financial analysis to provide recommendations that support business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management or related field.
Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience using market dynamics and value-based pricing to support objectives.
Proficiency in pricing governance, approvals, and deal economics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis with stakeholders.
Lead pricing analyses for adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC.
Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics.
Develop pricing models, business cases, and analyses for strategic initiatives.
Present pricing insights and recommendations to senior leadership in reviews.
Provide pricing guidance for major commercial opportunities and PARs.
Review and approve PARs ensuring alignment with governance and profitability.
Drive pricing process improvements and data integrity across functions.
