Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager to drive profitable growth by developing and executing pricing strategies in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations.

You will lead analyses of price realization, discounts, and profitability, and you will build pricing models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and major commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis and develop pricing strategies.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC across cost, margin, and viability.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics to drive actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
