Daikin Applied, a leading HVAC company, is hiring a Strategic Pricing Manager to drive profitable growth through market analysis, pricing governance, and cross-functional leadership. You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to craft pricing strategies, analyze margins, and support new product introductions.

The role requires 4–6+ years in pricing or revenue management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence decisions at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and practices.
• Experience using market dynamics and value-based pricing for recommendations.
• Proficiency in pricing governance, quotes, negotiations, and deal economics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis with stakeholders.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Provide pricing guidance for major opportunities, national accounts, and PARs.
• Review and approve PARs ensuring alignment with policies and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement of pricing processes, governance, and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance value, competitiveness, and objectives.
