Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field
• Strong pricing strategy knowledge and margin improvement
• Experience using market dynamics and value-based pricing for recommendations
• Proficiency with pricing governance, quotes, negotiations and deal economics
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior leadership
• Advanced Excel and data analytics for large datasets

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis and develop pricing strategies
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability and customer economics
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership in reviews
• Provide pricing guidance for major opportunities, national accounts, and PARs
• Review and approve PARs ensuring alignment with governance and profitability
• Drive pricing process improvements, governance, and data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance customer value and competitiveness
