Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field.
• Strong pricing knowledge and methodologies to drive profitable growth.
• Experience using market dynamics and value-based pricing for business cases.
• Proficiency in pricing governance, approvals, and deal economics.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills for large datasets.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis and develop strategies.
• Lead pricing analyses related to price adjustments and product launches with cost impacts.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses to support initiatives.
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Provide pricing guidance for opportunities, national accounts, and PARs.
• Review and approve PARs ensuring policy and profitability alignment.
• Improve pricing processes, governance, analytics, data integrity, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance value, competitiveness, and objectives.
