• Experience with market dynamics and value-based pricing.
• Proficiency in Excel and pricing analytics tools.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis to drive profitable growth.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with cost and margin assessments.
• Analyze price realization, discounts, and profitability to develop actionable recommendations.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership in reviews.
• Provide pricing guidance for major opportunities, national accounts, and PARs.
• Review and approve PARs ensuring alignment with policies and governance.
• Drive improvements in pricing processes, governance, and data integrity.
