Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field.
• Strong pricing strategy knowledge to drive profitable growth and margin improvement.
• Experience with market dynamics, value-based pricing, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities with stakeholders through market and financial analyses.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with Finance/ISC collaboration.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics for actionable insights.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Present pricing results and recommendations to senior leadership in reviews.
• Provide pricing guidance for major opportunities and PARs, ensuring governance alignment.
• Review PARs and ensure alignment with pricing policies and profitability.
• Drive pricing process improvements, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.
