Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager, DashMart Growth & Pricing, to define and lead pricing strategy for DashMart and DFS. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to identify opportunities that improve customer value, growth, and unit economics.

You will build long-term pricing vision while solving complex problems, launching new capabilities, and balancing customer experience with profitability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, management consulting, growth, pricing, marketplace strategy, or related analytical function.
• Analytical and data-driven with comfort using SQL and BI tools.
• AI-forward and leveraging automation, LLMs and emerging tech to accelerate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own DashMart's pricing strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities across pricing architecture, affordability, promotions, fees, and merchandising.
• Develop pricing frameworks to support different customer missions and evolve pricing as the business expands.
• Translate strategy into execution by partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, and Business Development to launch pricing capabilities.
• Create repeatable pricing playbooks, dashboards, and decision frameworks to enable faster, higher-quality pricing decisions as the business grows.
