Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager on the DashMart Strategy & Operations team to define and lead pricing across DashMart and DFS. You will own the strategic roadmap for pricing, partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to identify opportunities that improve value, growth, and unit economics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategy & Operations, growth, pricing, or marketplace strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large datasets.
• AI-forward with interest in automation and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy and roadmap for DashMart and DFS.
• Develop pricing frameworks for multiple customer missions and evolve approach as business grows.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, and Operations to launch pricing capabilities.
• Create repeatable pricing playbooks, dashboards, and decision frameworks.
