Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Senior Manager on the DashMart Strategy & Operations team to own the pricing strategy for DashMart and DFS, translating strategy into scalable pricing capabilities and driving growth. You will lead with a data-driven approach, partnering across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in strategy/operations or related analytics, strong SQL/BI skills, and an entrepreneurial, leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, management consulting, growth, pricing, marketplace strategy, or a related analytical function.
• Analytical with ability to work with large datasets using SQL and BI tools.
• AI native; experience with automation, LLMs, and emerging technologies to accelerate analysis.
• Systems-first mindset with strong product mindset and ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams.
• Entrepreneurial; thrive in ambiguity; build new capabilities from scratch.
• Leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred (business/economics/math/computer science/marketing).

Responsibilities

• Own DashMart's pricing strategy and roadmap across pricing architecture, affordability, promotions, fees, and merchandising to drive customer growth while balancing profitability.
• Use data-driven pricing frameworks to support different customer missions—from convenience and top-up grocery to weekly stock-up—and evolve pricing as the business grows.
• Translate strategy into execution by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to launch new pricing capabilities and scale successful programs.
• Serve as the cross-functional leader for pricing, align executive stakeholders around recommendations, and create repeatable pricing playbooks, dashboards, and decision frameworks for faster pricing decisions.
