Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager for DashMart Strategy & Operations to own pricing strategy across DashMart and DFS. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and BD to drive opportunities that improve customer value, growth, and unit economics.

You will define the long-term pricing vision, build pricing capabilities, and roll up your sleeves to solve complex problems while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, growth or pricing
• Analytical with ability to work with large datasets using SQL and BI tools
• AI-native mindset with familiarity with automation, LLMs, and related tech
• Strong product mindset and ability to partner with Product/Engineering
• Entrepreneurial, comfortable in ambiguity, capable of building new capabilities
• Proven leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams
• Bachelor’s Degree and ideally an MBA in business, economics, math, CS or marketing

Responsibilities

• Define and lead DashMart’s pricing strategy and roadmap for DashMart and DFS
• Own pricing and affordability roadmap and partner across teams to identify opportunities
• Translate strategy into execution by launching pricing capabilities and scale programs
• Serve as cross-functional leader for pricing, balancing customer value, merchant relations, ops, and finance
• Create repeatable pricing playbooks, dashboards, and decision frameworks for faster pricing decisions
