Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager on the DashMart Strategy & Operations team to define and lead pricing strategy across DashMart and DFS. You will own the strategic pricing roadmap, partner across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development, and turn insights into scalable, value-driven pricing programs.

The role requires 8+ years in strategy/operations or related analytical fields, strong SQL/BI skills, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, management consulting, growth, pricing, marketplace strategy, or a related analytical function.
• Analytical; comfortable with large datasets using SQL and BI tools.
• AI native; leveraging automation, LLMs, and emerging technologies (Claude & Cursor a plus).
• Systems-first mindset with a strong product mindset; partner effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
• Entrepreneurial; able to navigate ambiguity and build new capabilities from scratch; strong leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own DashMart's pricing strategy and roadmap, including pricing architecture, affordability, promotions, fees, and merchandising to drive growth and profitability.
• Develop pricing frameworks for different customer missions and evolve pricing approach as the business grows.
• Translate strategy into execution by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to launch pricing capabilities.
• Create repeatable pricing playbooks, operating rhythms, dashboards, and decision frameworks for faster, high-quality pricing decisions.
