Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager on the DashMart Strategy & Operations team to define and lead pricing strategy across DashMart and DashMart Fulfillment Services. You will own the pricing roadmap, balance customer value with profitability, and translate strategy into cross‑functional execution with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development.

• 8+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, pricing, marketplace strategy, or related analytical function.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets using SQL and BI tools.
• AI-native mindset with experience leveraging automation and emerging tech to accelerate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own DashMart's pricing strategy and roadmap across DashMart and DFS.
• Develop pricing frameworks to support varied customer missions and evolve pricing with business growth.
• Translate strategy into execution by partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to launch pricing capabilities.
