Job summary
DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager on the DashMart Strategy & Operations team to define and lead pricing strategy across DashMart and DFS. You will own the strategic roadmap for pricing and affordability, partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to identify opportunities that improve value, growth, and unit economics.
A mix of strategic leadership, analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional execution will drive scalable
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in Strategy & Operations, management consulting, growth, pricing, marketplace strategy, or a related analytical function.
- Analytical; comfortable with large datasets using SQL and BI tools.
- AI native; leveraging automation, LLMs to accelerate analysis and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own DashMart's pricing strategy and roadmap across DashMart and DFS.
- Develop data-driven pricing frameworks to support multiple customer missions.
- Translate strategy into execution with cross-functional teams to launch pricing capabilities.
- Create repeatable pricing playbooks, operating rhythms, dashboards, and decision frameworks.
