Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager on the DashMart Strategy & Operations team to define and lead DashMart's pricing strategy across consumer businesses, including DashMart and DashMart Fulfillment Services.

You will own the strategic pricing roadmap and partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to identify opportunities that improve value, growth, and unit economics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategy & Operations or related analytical field.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering.
• MBA or business-focused degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own DashMart pricing strategy and roadmap across DashMart and Fulfillment Services.
• Develop pricing frameworks for different customer missions (convenience, top-up groceries, weekly stock-up).
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Marketing and Business Development to launch pricing capabilities.
• Create repeatable pricing playbooks, dashboards, and decision frameworks for faster pricing decisions.
