Reworld is seeking a Director of Pricing Strategy and Governance at its Florham Park, NJ headquarters. This hybrid role focuses on strategic pricing concepts, governance, and cross‑functional execution to deliver measurable financial results.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years in pricing/finance, strong analytics, and experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Management to implement scalable pricing programs and governance across regions.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of pricing, finance, or revenue management experience.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into governance and processes.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Ops, and Product Management.
• Hands-on pricing analytics, model building, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and capacity.
• Lead Value-Based Pricing initiatives analyzing customer value and market data.
• Develop pricing governance frameworks with thresholds and approvals.
• Collaborate with Regional leadership to ensure pricing discipline across markets.
• Translate pricing insights into cross-functional action and measurable results.
