You will partner with global and commercial teams to shape pricing, contract strategy, and market access across launches and in-market assets.

The role requires 10+ years in pricing, contracting analytics, and value-based care, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MPH, PharmD, or related advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing strategy, contracting analytics, value and access, finance, or forecasting.
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare system, government and commercial reimbursement, contracting, and the drivers of pharmaceutical value across stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with ability to lead in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle pricing and access strategy and analytics for inline, pipeline, launch and business development products.
• Drive strategic discussions related to pricing and access options and scenarios.
• Partner with insights team to conduct pricing market research and analyze data to understand customer perspectives.
• Monitor healthcare legislation, payer dynamics, and adjust strategies.
• Annually update the long-term pricing plan based on objectives and market dynamics.
• Provide input and guidance to Global organization with US perspective on pricing and reimbursement.
