Job summary

Origence is seeking a Pricing Governance and Analytics Manager to lead pricing governance, review pricing proposals, and drive profitability improvements across products and client relationships.

You will partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to optimize pricing strategies, analyze margins, and translate data into actionable business insights for leadership decisions. A strong governance process and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a finance/business field.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, profitability analysis, margin analysis, and business case development.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience supportingPricing Committees, deal desks, pricing governance, revenue management, or approval workflows.
• Experience in financial services, lending, fintech, SaaS, or technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recurring Pricing Committee meetings and drive end-to-end pricing governance.
• Coordinate pricing reviews across Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and leadership stakeholders.
• Manage committee agendas, materials, decision documentation, follow-up actions, and approval tracking.
• Ensure pricing decisions are documented, communicated, and incorporated into pricing standards.
• Maintain enterprise master pricing file and act as primary steward of pricing records.
• Promote consistency, transparency, and accountability in pricing decisions across the organization.
• Review and validate pricing proposals for assumptions, impact, profitability, and rationale.
• Partner with Product and Sales to evaluate new pricing structures, renewals, client expansions, and contract changes.
• Summarize pricing impacts, risks, dependencies, and recommendations for leadership review.
• Support follow-through including documentation, communication, and implementation coordination.
• Analyze product, client, channel, and transaction economics to identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Assess client-level profitability and pricing exceptions to improve economics.
• Provide actionable recommendations on price adjustments and discount strategies.
• Translate data into clear insights and leadership-ready summaries.
