Reworld is seeking a Director of Pricing Strategy and Governance at its Florham Park, NJ headquarters. Hybrid schedule enables three days in the office and two days remote.

You will lead pricing strategy development, testing, and governance to optimize revenue, profitability, volume, and capacity while aligning with commercial objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, independent leader who collaborates across regional teams to translate strategic pricing concepts into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience developing and implementing pricing strategies with measurable results.
• Strong governance, margin analysis, and cost-to-serve understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue, profitability, volume, and capacity utilization.
• Lead Value-Based Pricing initiatives by analyzing customer value, pricing sensitivity, and market alternatives.
• Develop and manage pricing governance frameworks with clear decision rights and approvals.
• Collaborate with Regional leadership to ensure pricing consistency across markets.
• Govern pricing for third-party disposal and service activities to reflect costs and profitability.
• Oversee Big Deal Review process with cross-functional input and documentation.
• Identify revenue leakage and growth opportunities with scalable solutions.
• Create pricing models, segmentation, and scenario analyses to inform decisions.
• Translate strategies into executable plans with ownership and timelines.
• Assess technology and analytics to improve pricing decision-making and visibility.
• Provide commercial recommendations to leadership based on analysis.
• Measure impact of pricing initiatives on revenue, margin, and retention.
