Job summary

Doble Engineering is seeking a Director of Commercial Pricing Governance to establish and govern global pricing management processes across business units, products, services, and regions.

You will drive annual pricing review cycles, price book readiness, and discount governance while collaborating with Finance, Sales, Product Management, and regional teams to ensure consistent, auditable pricing practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global pricing governance across multiple units, regions, and products.
• Proven ability to implement price book management and discount governance.
• Strong communication skills for executive reporting and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with CRM/ERP, CPQ, and price data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the global pricing governance process across units, products, services, and regions.
• Establish annual pricing review cycles and standardized methodologies.
• Lead price book readiness, deployment, and data synchronization across systems.
• Design discount governance policies and approval frameworks.
• Develop pricing change communication plans and enablement materials.
• Monitor pricing execution and governance performance for executive review.
• Define customer/contract pricing governance and channel pricing controls.
