Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Pricing and Commercial Operations Lead in McLean, VA to drive pricing strategy and execution across multiple product families. You will prepare quotes, ROMs, renewals, and bundles, applying approved pricing guidelines to customer transactions and coordinating with sales, product, finance, contracts, and delivery teams.

You will also support partner and non-standard transactions, maintain pricing records and documentation, and help implement pricing decisions across CPQ

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pricing operations or related function.
• Experience in technology/product environments (software/hardware).
• Strong experience with CRM, CPQ, quoting, or other commercial systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, ROM estimates, renewals, expansions, bundles, and pricing requests.
• Apply pricing, discount, contract term, and approval guidelines to transactions.
• Coordinate pricing reviews with sales, product, finance, contracts, delivery, and leadership.
• Support partner, reseller, and non-standard commercial transactions.
• Maintain pricing records, approvals, and related documentation.
• Help implement pricing decisions across catalogs, SKUs, and CPQ tools.
• Support pricing for new product launches and changes to offerings.
• Identify pricing discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Track requests, turnaround times, and recurring issues for efficiency.
• Develop templates and SOPs to improve consistency.
