You will partner across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to craft pricing strategies, analyze market data, and support new product introductions while driving pricing governance and analytics.

You will influence senior leadership with insights on price realization, profitability, and competitive positioning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field.
• Strong pricing strategy knowledge to drive growth and margins.
• Experience with market dynamics and value-based pricing principles.
• Proficient in pricing governance, approvals, and deal economics.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities with stakeholders through market and financial analysis.
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics.
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses.
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Provide pricing guidance for major opportunities, national accounts, and PARs.
• Review PARs for policy alignment and profitability objectives.
• Drive pricing process improvements, governance, data integrity, and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance value, competition, and objectives.
